UPCOMING: Changes regarding regulations will prove to be even more of a challenge for Nursing Homes in the second half of this year (2024) accompanied by stricter requirements to be released within the next year. Specifically, an important change to staffing requirements with the minimum Nursing Hours Per Resident Per Day will increase from 2.87 to 3.2, starting July 1st, 2024.
