Please fill out the application form to start the application process. One of our team managers will be in contact as soon as possible to set up an interview with you and take you through the onboarding process. The onboarding process typically takes anywhere from 1-2 hours so please have all of the requirements met below and the time cleared in your schedule.  All interviews are held at our Lewisburg office with directions also located below.

Requirements:

Standard Resume (Upload File)

At Least 1 Year of Nursing Home Experience.
At Least 1 Weekend Per Month
Driver's License.
Passport, Social Security Card, or Birth Certificate (at least one).
Nursing License (if applicable).
Direct Deposit Information.
Physical within past 30 days.
TB (2-step, blood draw, or chest x-ray).
Influenza/COVID vaccinations

(declination forms available).
CPR Certified.  *Required for LPNs and RNs*
