Following the certifications from The Joint Commission & SAM.Gov, these certifications open our organization to a multitude of private and public sectors including General Hospitals, VA Homes, Prisons, and much more to accompany our ever-growing private care needs.

 

While there’ll be an increased workload for our Office Staff, we’re extremely excited to announce these changes as we continue our efforts to provide our Field Staff with as many opportunities as we can and to give our Residents the best care possible.

 

As a part of joining The Joint Commision program, we want our communities to know the public may contact the Joint Commission’s Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about The Staffing Firm LLC. by calling 1800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jointcommission.org if the concerns cannot be resolved via The Staffing Firm’s employees.

Also, The Staffing Firm will not take disciplinary or punitive actions because of an employee reporting safety or quality of care concerns to the Joint Commission.
